Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to analyze and evaluate a hotel by tourist web portal as a source of tourist offer optimizing the choice of customers. The article discusses the information they receive from the web portal. This includes not only the data from the catalogs of travel agencies for the given offer, but also information from customers, various statistical reports and its own assessments of the portal. The study also analyzes the factors affecting the choice of a particular tourist offer. The author analyzes the factors, both quantitative and qualitative. The last part focuses on the optimization of the choice of a tourist offer by a customer. The author especially analyzes here the relationship between price and benefits and the conditions offered by service providers.
