Summary/Abstract: The Sarajevo Faculty of Law curriculum reform is a result of the TEMPUS project, realized in partnership with the universities of Graz (Austria), Bologna (Italy) and Orber (Sweden). The project especially focused on quality and ways to monitor it. The principal objective was development of quality control through the strategy of quality assessment development and development possibilities. Quality control was introduced in the process of curriculum development, which implies ratio between elective and mandatory subjects, ECTS introduction, all of which enable students’ mobility. Special attention was given to the teaching and examination methods, with a special accent on interactive teaching, case studies and encouragement of critical thinking. The process of evaluation and self-evaluation for the purpose of improvement of the teaching process was also introduced. The second aspect of quality control refers to the selection of the teaching staff in accordance with the current laws and subsequent legal provisions. Special attention is given to the teaching staff training, implemented through participation at seminars, conferences, study visits to the foreign universities and organization and participation at the expert workshops. Sarajevo Faculty of Law has developed a publishing, for the purpose of printing the teaching materials, textbooks, as well as the annual scientific and research works by the faculty's teaching staff.
