Strengthening of the building infrastructure on the Polish-Czech borderland by public finances sector units on the selected example

Summary/Abstract: Infrastructure is an important factor shaping the development in its different sections. The system-political transformation initiated in Poland in 1989 gave freedom to the management, in particular, to local government units. These possibilities in the framework of mutual cooperation are also used by other public sector entities including the state budget units, creating a kind of assembly in acquiring funds from outside. Various projects, aimed at improving the building infrastructure in the first place, as it needs a kind of renewal, are jointly implemented. The specific role of these processes falls on the period after the Polish accession to the European Union.
