Summary/Abstract: The main role of the media is to inform. In NATO and European Union, due to this feature, the media occupies a very important position. Therefore, such a role has to be taken seriously and fully explored. The communication activity of mission, responsibilities and goals within two organizations is a specific task belonging to each member state them being free to manage it in accordance with the public rights. Mass-media is the most accessible channel through which information reaches citizen in a more accessible way.
