INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT FOR DEFENCE – CONCEPT, COMPONENTS AND SYSTEM CORELATIONS

Summary/Abstract: The integrated management of defense, is, beyond its conceptual dimension, a reality that we are bound to respond to thereby understanding the needed level of transparency to be accepted, regarding the integrated and integral use of all categories of resources in order to develop/maintain the necessary military capabilities for ensuring the national security of Romania. Moreover, the high and increasing spread between the needed/available resources, and implications raised by Romania’s status of NATO and EU members, namely a ”full integration” in these organizations, requires a unified economic and financial approach for all the activities undertaken by the Ministry of National Defense.
