Summary/Abstract: The results of a survey in two directorates for social assistance in Haskovo region conducted with a sample of 80 persons tested. The main objective was to investigate the manifestations of the syndrome barnaut and influence of various factors on the environment on the syndrome as a whole and its rock-emotional exhaustion, reduced capacity and dehumanization. Establish the cut components of the syndrome are distinguished barnaut among workers in the field of social support from both departments. The most commonly occurs emotional component iztoshtenie.s higher among young professionals and less experienced. Dehumanization is manifested among non-symptomatic workers. Efficiency is reduced in both directions, effectiveness? There is efficiency in the performance of official duties?. Employees with longer service and older did not experience greater manifestations of the syndrome barnaut, they have established appropriate strategies to use appropriate spravyanei extinguishers. Among women working in this field components barnaut syndrome are prominent. In different directions in the activities of both social welfare departments are not observed significant differences in the manifestations of the syndrome. Barnaut syndrome parameters are close in nine departments regardless of differences in the serviced kontengenta klienti.Korelatsiyata between the total score of barnaut and emotional components iztashtienie and dehumanization is high. The values of the correlation between disability and barnaut is negative. Summarized results of the study found statistical significance of the events of the components of the syndrome barnaut workers in the field of social assistance in two directorates in Haskovo region.
