Changes in the functioning of public administration services - from the perspective of employees

Summary/Abstract: The article includes research-based reflection on relations between flexibility and changes in an organization. The survey was conducted among 507 workers of public administration office. An attempt was made to identify the type and scope of reactive and proactive changes in the tested organization, as well as to summarize conclusions helpful for flexible management.
