Summary/Abstract: The study is the issue of evaluation of “health organization” in the area of personnel policy in the context of social competence of employees. This article consists of two parts: theoretical and empirical. In the first part the author analyzes the concept of “health organization”. The second part is devoted to discussing the results of tests conducted in 23 mediumsized Polish companies, which were attended by 202 employees. The results revealed a statistically significant relationship between selected social competence level of staff turnover and “health organization”. Therefore, as a result of the research it can be expected that a specific personnel policy, leading to the improvement of “healthy organization” also contributes to increasing social competence of employees and reducing turnover.
