The proposal of verification of competence of team sport coaches in volleyball

Summary/Abstract: The paper is a continuation of work on competence of people managing professional sport teams. Available publications and sport organization practice show that the competence differs from children and young athletes coaches or recreation coaches. This justify the use of a term of sport coach and that in turns requires the definition of a model of competence, which is described by 28 kinds of competence. It will be supplemented in the further work with other elements that will complete the model. The paper consists of preliminary verification of the model based on the expert opinions.
