Summary/Abstract: In the 70s today Albanian poetry in nationwide area, underwent substantial changes that differ from the preceding poetry; In Kosovo this poem was doing a normal walking towards its maturity and modernity, in Albania, after the poetry of the famous trio - Kadare, Agolli Arapi, who in the 60s gave this tone to poem, made a painful effort to move to modernism, but that it cuts across government by force. Poets who sought to emancipate Albanian poetry at this time, in Albania, were: Fatos Arapi, Frederick Rreshpja, Faslli Halit, Moikom Zeqo Victor Qurku, Thanas Dino, Xhevahir Sefa, Sadik Bejko etc.., While the most prominent Kosovo in this regard were Podrimja Ali Rahman Dedaj Fahredin Gunga, Beqir Musliu Teki Dervishi, Agim Vinca, Eqrem Basha etc. In Kosovo, the establishment of new poetry, jointly participated generation of secondary and '70s.
