Standardization in archival service

Summary/Abstract: Sve većim razvojem administracije i modernih tehnologija uvećavaju se i usložnjavaju problemi i u arhivskoj struci. Namjera teksta je ukazati na potrebu utvrđivanja i ujednačavanja standarda u arhivskoj službi Bosne i Hercegovine, čime bi se omogućilo kvalitetnije i efi kasnije rješavanje različitih problema u arhivskoj struci. Taking into consideration both standards in archival service and production quota is a step forward towards common solution for present archival service development problems, or in the broader sense towards organised protection of archival materials. To pass at least draft for archival standards should harmonize positions and measures associated with organised universal protection of archival materials. Equalizing criteria and standards could attribute to faster and easier handling of majority of unsolved questions. To be more succesful, better cooperation and knowlege exchange is needed for establishing proper set of rules and regulations. Regardless to countless diversities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the conclusion is that main goals for archival service are identical.
