Summary/Abstract: Brief survey of Romanian legal provisions concerning some of the crimes against justice rendering. The author presents briefly the most important crimes against justice rendering process, under the Romanian penal system. The central idea is that Romanian criminal code is not modern and it gives little support to a modern and democratic justice based society. For instance, a lot of persons who committed a perjury were sent in front of the Romanian tribunals, but very few of them were convicted. The reason for this „de facto" impunity is a matter of culture and a problem of the text of criminal code. The author presents the subjective, the objective and the normative solution for evaluation of true or false statements' character. The crime concerning the disrespect of a judicial decision have a new form, because since 2006 Romanian criminal system accepted the penal responsibility of moral persons.
