Summary/Abstract: A lot of factors that defined great changes in the development of Russian in-telligentsia at the end of 20th and the beginning of the 21st centuries are analyzed, several basic characteristics of such new group as Internet-intelligentsia are defined, the most perspective ways of further research of this phenomenon are planned.
