Preschool instirution community manage-ment depends on different policies and factors, there-fore, a strategy for community organization has to in-clude these areas: principais, teachers, parents' involve-ment into the creation of the preschool institution's vision and mission, participation of all of community mem-bers in formation of educational policy, planning the institution's work, establishment of work priorities, organisation of the interior audit. Seeking for the opti-mal community participation in management it is essen-tial to encourage community members to divide up du-ties and areas of responsibility for different areas, sustain preschool institution community members' relationship, activate the self — rule institutions, which function in kindergarten community (the community board, teachers' board, parents' committee), and encourage them to take part in management. Firstly, to develop preschool institution community management it is essential to improve institutions (community board, teachers' board, parents' committee), which perform various functions in preschool institution community management. Self- rule is importam because it helps to create a democratic and humanistic life of preschool community and integrate efforts of all community members.
