The place of a disabled child in adoption procedures and non-institutional family care

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the problem of disabled children adoption, its conditions and the idea of what care of children is. Besides institutional activity, discussed have been the functions of the family and pro-family policy regarding care of children, particularly of disabled children.
