Investments in water protection in the period 1996-2008 – an attempt to measure effectiveness

Summary/Abstract: The article analyses the dynamics and effects of water protection investments in Poland for years 1996-2008. The problem is followed by the attempt to measure investments outlays effectiveness by applying multi-criteria analysis. The assessment is made on year-to-year basis as well as using projected estimates of outlays and selected effects in 30-year perspective.
