Sources of synergy in classical companies’ cooperation

Summary/Abstract: In the article the problem of synergy effects is considered. It is described in classical forms of companies’ cooperation, such as: economic agreements and coordination relations (crafts, guilds, chambers of commerce, etc.). In the first part of the paper classical forms of cooperation are described and in the second part their synergy effects are identified.
