Summary/Abstract: This article is an analysis of selected and the most important elements of the regulatory model of corporate governance in the Polish state companies with state treasury owns or holds. The analysis is based on the elements of corporate governance for members of the state companies, the relationship between state companies, the entitlement of employees and selected financial relationships.
