The use of a logit model to evaluate the quality of life for women

Summary/Abstract: The article was an attempt to build a logit model, that illustrates the factors that influence the improvement of quality of life for women residing in Western Pomerania. The analysis is based on information obtained from questionnaires completed by 106 women during the period from November 2007 to April 2008. The questionnaire included sociodemographic questions and issues from different factor groups that affect life quality. On the basic of them the logit model parameters have been estimated and factors that significantly affect the quality of life of women were determined.
