Summary/Abstract: In the present paper are considered several possible lines of development of Vassil Penchev’s brochure „The Dead God?“: the transition from the idea of God as human capability to the ultimate boundaries of all human capabilities; the transition from metaphor as generalization of proposition to metaphor as a condition of possibility of proposition; the transition from conciliation to paradox. The mortified by means of labour God resurrects in the absolute faith and turns back to Himself without Hegel’s conciliation.
