Summary/Abstract: The idiosyncratic deals (in short: i-deals) are based on flexible approach to staff employment. They are the result of the end of era, when the basic norm was signing trite and undifferentiated contracts between employees and employers/supervisors. The empirical studies presented in this paper described range, profits and costs which are the results of mentioned above innovatory approach. In the author’s opinion, i-deals seem to be an effective tool in the forming of employer-employee relation, in the conditions of indivertible changes on the labuor market.
