Summary/Abstract: In this paper the author searches for the consequences of networking thinking for the HR practices. Differences between traditional HRM and HRM basing on networking thinking are coming into view applying the comparative analysis and deductive reasoning. The guidelines for HRM in organizations basing on social networks finish the study.
