Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is an attempt at recognizing emerging career patterns and presenting factors influencing their shape in the new context: availability of new cultures, changes of the environment and polarization of employers’ expectations dealing in global circumstances. Approaching a career as a sequence of phases, the author conceptualizes the career model as an intersection of two domains: individual (internal) and organizational (external) and tries to find criteria influencing changes of the traditional model of career (Super).
