Development of transport and communication infrastructure in big cities of Lower Silesia in the time of crisis

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the influence of economic crisis on transport and communication infrastructure of major cities of Lower Silesia. Research was conducted on the example of Wrocław, Wałbrzych, Jelenia Góra and Legnica. The article, based on statistics and budget analysis, presents the expenses incurred on transport and communication, its structure and the impact of the economic crisis on their shape.
