Summary/Abstract: The issue of creating anti-fascist war fronts in different countries, who were involved in World War II, is a historiographical problem, which are devoted to studies. As historiographical problem, the issue of creating Liberation Front, linked to the conditions of the historical circumstances of each country, the legacy of previous policy, but political and intellectual potential of each country. As a general rule for creating a Liberation Front in european countries, is utilizing the premise of the existence of organized political forces in each country.
