Influence of the Strategy Factor in the Organization

Summary/Abstract: The development and the relations between the different groups, in the process of realization in the public and in the private area is of extreme importance. An essential aspect in this sense is the human factor, and the way it is influenced by the strategic aims of the organization to which it belongs. The management of the staff is a part of the global management of the organization. In the practice of the strategy management of the organizations, different types of formed strategies related to the human resources take place. In any case the need of strategic planning with adequate correct approach to the development of the organization is unquestionable. This approach paises numerous important questions and tasks, which directly affect the final result, during one strategic determination of the tasks of a given organization. The future development of the organization depends on the correct attitude towards the aspect of modern changes and management of the human resources.
