Summary/Abstract: The economic dimension of the world has own space form of the existence -- the worlds-economies. Historically non-European Europe is the boundary zone on the territory of the continent Europe between the European world-economy and neighboring world-economies, non-successfully to integrate himself in European Europe. From the end of the Second World War to the our clays non-European Europe (or ex-socialist countries in Europe), belongs to Russian world-economy, XXI age will be an age of the struggle between the Russian and the European worlds-economies.
