Consequently, today it is possible to discuss the phenomenon of vocational career designing as a continuous and inevitable process that concerns every person aiming to integrate and survive in the constantly changing labour market. In this context vocational counselling assumes a new significance and becomes continuous vocational counselling that implies a continuous symbiosis of vocational and career counselling.
