Summary/Abstract: One of the basic human needs for normal behaviour within their environment, is for certain, the need of communication. The process of communication exists in every part of human acting and living and in this line, when we talk about communication it is unavoidable to impose the same process in the organized human activities in the system of organized working. This implies to the activities within the company, as well as outside of these frames to the surrounding environment. We can be positive in the statement that the term internal communication is a general and universal term, so its treatment can be observed from different aspects.Internal communication is a process, drama activity, because for this communication you need at least two people. There are many ways of communication. The good communication is particularly significant factor for success in the maаcting.Nevertheless how well someone is prepared for the issue of talking, or he/she might be the gratest inventor. But, if he/she has not got the ability to transfer that knowledge to the environment, to explain it with words, or to write it down in a logical continued text, then there is not any use from the „strong” gifts or talents. The lack of good and effective communication is mostly felt at job, as nowhere in other place. For efficient organization and management of any working activities, the effective communication is particularly of great importance.Every one of us communicate to each other, using internal or non-verbal communication. The bad communication is often reflected as a reason that something has gone wrong, no matter if that happens at work, in the family, or in any other occasion. The lack of communication, internal, non-verbal, or generally bad communication is negatively reflected in the management process.Within the communication process, the receiver observes the message sender behaviour.Bad communication represents pre-condition for bad planning, incorrectly made decisions, insufficient organizing, inconsistent management and cursory control. And all of this contributes to an immediate failure.
