Summary/Abstract: A competitive manager should know what to do, how to do and how to become more efficient. In order to do this, the manager needs certain aptitudes and must know the requirements of a certain activity. Competitive manager needs to master fundamental managerial skills in order to be truly competitive, to manage time and tasks wisely and to cope with stress, as these skills are important instruments which help him become a more efficient manager.
