CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING EFFICIENT MILITARY COMMUNICATION

Summary/Abstract: It is very well known the fact that to lead means to communicate. Therefore, management represents a complex and continuous process of communication, which tends to influence or modify the perceptions, behaviors, feelings, people’s opinions, all activities that involve the human factor and his activity. The quality of communication depends on the efficiency of management, improving communication is closely supervised. We can consider that it never satisfies us totally and for this reason, communication must be improved continuously. So the conditions in which it occurs are constantly changing, requiring continuous and substantial adjustments.
