Summary/Abstract: The management of military actions represents a very important, interesting and actual domain in the theoretical study of military science and its research. In these circumstances, it is evident the urgent need to seek, based on a scientific approach, the most effective solutions to improve management at all levels and in all types of operations. In our opinion this approach must begin with a rigorous conceptual delimitation of the used terms.
