Collective Rights and Maximal Postulation - Hungarian Minority in Romania - At the new external Frontier to the EU

Summary/Abstract: The situation of the Hungarian minority is not explosive but hard-fought. Hungary´s joining to the EU and the stand back of Romania create positive stimulations but also new problems. The author delivers insight and points out, that the European view has to be enlarged including the incorporation of the historical Gravures in this region.
