Summary/Abstract: The proposal contains the provisions governing the process of awarding public procurement contracts, i.e. contracts for pecuniary interest concluded between economic operators and contracting authorities (Article 2(7) of the proposal). The proposal for a directive on public procurement is worthy of support from the government in the Council of the EU, taking into account any suggestions for change specified in the information about the position of the Republic of Poland.
