Summary/Abstract: Politics generally belongs to praxis sphere, and when it covers any speculative questions, it makes them approached practically. So if it is a science, it is a practical discipline – in a sense given by Rosmini. Political solutions often have an ideological character. The author gives an example of Schmitt, who seems to distinguish capitalist ideology (employer’s opinion) and socialist ideology (worker’s view). The author claims that ideology can be masked by many forms. They may depend on what technical factor they assign as principal or exclusive in public life: military, money, economy, taxes, nation, territory, race etc.
