Contrastive Features of the Dialect of Young Polish Emigrants in the Autonomous Area of Madrid

Summary/Abstract: The analysis of the material presented in the article indicates that everyday contact of the two culturally distant languages - Polish and Spanish - results in creation and a steady autonomous development of Polish dialect in Spain. Polish modifications, exposed in the gathered material, seem to prove it. They may be interpreted as the first step towards formation of a new dialect.
