MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOR IN CONDITIONS OF FINANCIAL CRISIS

Summary/Abstract: The great number of problems which a manager is facing în present, the complexity and the diversity of the influence factors that interfere with the management activity, the profound changes at political, social and especially economic level, the frequency of technical, technological, legislative and mentality changes require, more than ever, a multipurpose and a multidisciplinary training of the decision-making officials. The enterprises activity largely depends on the economic and political situations, with a big impact on the financial activity. Obviously, în these circumstances, the financial and economic risks that companies have to put up are increasing, and unfortunately, for the time being, they only bring losses. It can not be denied the positive side that a risk implies which is manifested în additional profits and earnings.
