PARTICULARITĂŢILE LEASINGULUI FINANCIAR PE PLAN INTERN ŞI INTERNAŢIONAL
INTERNAL AND INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL LEASING FEATURES

Summary/Abstract: The particularities of the financial leasing at national and international level. The presented study aims especially the financial leasing; this is the specific form practiced in Romania in the proportion of over 90% to operational leasing detriment and to which, in the same proportion, the majority of developed countries appeals. "The financial leasing is the operation that transfers the majority of the risks and benefits related to the ownership right of assets” and consistent with the Romanian psychology and prejudice, namely entering in the possession of a good paid in installments (leasing) through the purchase option always validated by the fellow countrymen at the finalization of the contract.
