Summary/Abstract: Foreign direct investments are considered as an important and specific factor of the growth at macro level, but while these investments have an expected positive effect on growth, volatility of foreign direct investment flows is always negative. Foreign direct investment is the main driving force of modern stimulating economic growth. FDI problem has grown, so far, it has come to occupy a distinct place în the general economic theory.
