Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the subject bank guarantees and recovery methods to recover bad loans, also showing some real cases. Recovery bank guarantees is the sequence of forms, methods, tools and procedures to reach commercial banks aiming tracking and recovery of bad loans. Recovery of overdue loans can be made by the bank in their voluntary payment by the borrower or by applying specific recovery procedures from banks.
