Summary/Abstract: Daily increase in cases of autism worldwide leads to more intensive research into both the reasons for this disorder and more efficient methods of treatment and training. Scientific studies in all fields of understanding autism add to the bigger picture and have their effects on improving the life of autists. Artworks by autists show a number of similarities, but also various manners of painting. Spatial particularities are more often than not a result of a combination of autism and a stroke of genius. These could be examined and explained through studding of visual thought, memory, perspective, etc., in autists with diagnosed savant syndrome. These particularities reflected in the manner of drawing of autusts are related to their ability to recreate reality three-dimensionally, highly developed spatial orientation and unbelievable visual memory. All these are essentially a result of neurological specifics of brain structures. A detailed analysis of such artworks allows for observing developed imagination, ingenious ideas, constructed plots and stories, special interests or hobbies as well as the greatest of pleasures with which autists paint for hours and days.
