Summary/Abstract: Until 1937, Romanian governments that have succeeded at the head of the Romanian state could not persuade the governments of Albania to allow reopening of old Aromanian schools established since the time of Turkish domination in the Balkans. Only in 1938, the Albanian government has allowed the reopening of 5 Romanian schools, in addition to the two Romanian primary schools that existed before. In the above stated I tried to explain all the reasons that Aromanians they had when they decided to colonize South Dobrogea in Romanian authorities call. There were logistical imperatives no longer afford to live in the Balkans Area.
