Summary/Abstract: The boom recorded during past two decades by the E-Learning services has lead to the development of new trends in educational process. Higher education is to make no difference and each year more and more organizations develop and implement such programs, programs where E-Learning play a very important role. A major component of the E-Learning process is the E-Assessment component. E-Assessment works in many ways such as: student’s assessment, teacher’s assessment, courseware assessment etc. In this article the author presents a brief overview of the E-Assessment as well as the results obtained based on the student’s feedback after an E-Assessment tool has been used to assess the student’s knowledge in Informatics discipline.
