The development of economic relations with foreign countries of the former USSR

Summary/Abstract: A research goal of this study is to characterize the development of foreign economic relations with countries of the former Soviet Union. An attempt to assess the extent and nature of the links with the global economy is taken. In order to reach the objective a descriptive analysis of basic economic indicators characterizing relations with the CIS countries is performed. There are also indicated the main trends in trade of the countries analyzed and the main factors affecting the changes.
