Summary/Abstract: School deviance is one of the main problems of contemporary society. It causes real concern and has become a public issue in many countries of the world: England, Sweden, America, Australia etc. At first it was mentioned with certain timidity, but in the 90s this issue was openly discussed. One can observe facts and negative phenomena, some of them very serious, such as the criminal behavior phenomenon that has great impact on children and youth. The national and international research has developed a range of more or less efficient modalities of intervention. In our opinion, the most helpful is the activity of the social worker in the school, which basically aims to be the link between family, school and community.
