Summary/Abstract: Authors of the article undertook an important subject of the correlation of conditions of Down syndrom (its genetic syndrome) with the latest reports from medical world literature. Fragments relating to relationships between Down syndrom and dementative syndroms deserve special attention (particularly at adults and older people) as well as the indication of exact dependences between genetic syndrome and dementia diseases.
