Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the gastronomic practices as women's practice of representation — precisely woman creates culinary body of culture. Modern culture is undergoing deconstruction of the traditional pattern «woman-housewife» that leads to a change of traditional practices of consumption of food and gastronomic aspect of culture.
