Summary/Abstract: The evaluation research aims to analyze the department for monitoring and evaluation in social assistance and child protection, analysis of working procedures, to evaluate the instruments used by the service team for assessment and monitoring and identifying the needs for service development needs. The research aims to assess ways in which service is tailored monitoring and evaluation of organizational needs, identify solutions based on an inductive process necessary for improving service and increasing efficiency in working with local communities, as part in encouraging the development of community-based services.
