W poszukiwaniu nowych perspektyw polityki rodzinnej w Polsce
In search of new perspectives of family policy in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to indicate the need to find new and even unconventional perspectives of family policy in Poland, taking into account both contemporary transformation of family, especially new ways of understanding it, as well as different concepts of family in social policy, population and the economy of our country which in its general economic and social purposes (including constitutional) should, to a greater extent than before, take into account the role of the family and family policy. The background of the foregoing considerations includes such aspects as the de-institutionalization of family or the functioning of the family as a socially engaged and economically rational entity.
