Summary/Abstract: The real challenge, therefore, is not to define new LS goals for the period after 2010, but to pursue the existing priorities more effectively. LS modification should thus be concerned with its governance process, not its objectives. LS governance reform and debate on the Lisbon Agenda’s future.
